Development is about much more than economic growth. This is reflected in Dcode EFC inclusive approach, which takes into account; social, political, financial, regulatory, gender, and institutional requirements needed for sustainable solutions.
We provide a distinctive cross-disciplinary perspective on development thought and practice. Possessing a team of staff and consultants who have a passion for development, and experience in the different fields of economics, finance, sociology, gender and environment, gives us an edge in tackling development issues using a holistic approach.
We provide advice and support in the planning, design, management, and evaluation of development projects and programs. Currently, Dcode EFC has 12 non-exclusive consultants with local, regional, and international experience. In the past year, we provided services that included developing monitoring and evaluation plans, laying investment policies for development Funds, and conducting sectorial analysis with a focus on labor force and value chains for the purpose of designing developmental interventions with cross cutting themes (youth and women in particular).
Relying on our diverse experience and consultants, we assist governments and development partners in the design, implementation, and management of grant funded projects targeting sustainable economic growth.
Given Dcode EFC’s in house capacities, and wide international and national consultant’s database, we ensure getting the most qualified consultants in the different fields. More specifically:
- Macroeconomic Policies: including fiscal, and monetary policies.
- Business Enabling Environment, including overall private sector development policies, SME and entrepreneurship policies, and property rights.
- Social Policies/strategies.
- Financial Sector Development.
- Trade policies.
